Help and how-to guides
Short answers to the things people ask most. Each one names the exact menu and button in Louryx.
Install Louryx on your phone
- iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later): open louryx.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open louryx.com in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Install app.
Louryx runs in your browser, so there's nothing to download from an app store. Adding it to your Home Screen makes it open full-screen like an app, and on iPhone it's needed for notifications.
Turn on reminders
- Open Settings → Reminders and tap Turn on.
- Choose your morning plan time and which reminders you want.
- Use Send a test to check that notifications arrive on this device.
Every reminder also appears in your Louryx inbox (the bell), so nothing is missed if notifications are off.
Set quiet hours
- Open Settings → Reminders and turn on Quiet hours.
- Choose the start and end time, and the nights they apply to.
Reminders during quiet hours go silently to your inbox. When quiet hours end you get one short summary. Times follow the time zone in Settings → Profile.
See your plan in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or on Apple Watch
- Open Settings → Calendar and Apple Watch and turn on Show my plan in my calendar.
- On iPhone, tap Add to Apple Calendar, then Subscribe. In Google Calendar, use Add to Google Calendar, or add the link as a calendar “From URL”.
- On iPhone, open the subscription's settings: turn Remove Alerts off if you want alerts, and choose the most frequent Auto-refresh.
- On Apple Watch, the events appear in the Calendar app and complications.
The feed is private and read-only. If you ever share the link by mistake, choose Make a new link and the old one stops working.
Get a task reminder earlier
In Settings → Reminders, choose when task reminders arrive: at the start, or 5 minutes to a day before. To change it for one task, open the task and pick a Reminder.
Plan your week and move tasks between days
On Today, choose Plan the week. Drag a task to another day, or use its Move menu. Tasks without a day wait in Someday.
Import from Notion, Todoist or TickTick
- Export from your app: Notion (Settings → Workspace → Export, Markdown & CSV), Todoist (a project's ••• menu → Export as a template → CSV), TickTick (on the web: Settings → Account → Backup → Generate backup).
- In Louryx, open More → Import from another app and add the files.
- Review the list, then import. Undo removes everything that import added.
How the AI features and their limits work
Plan my day, Brain dump sorting, Suggest steps and Ask Louryx are optional and share a daily allowance: 10 uses a day during the 7-day trial and 30 with lifetime access. You always review a suggestion before anything changes. Ask Louryx reads your journal only if you turn that on.
Export or delete your data
- Settings → Your data: Download backup (JSON) or Export CSV, at any time, even after the trial.
- Settings → Account: Delete account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
Deleting removes your account and your plan. Records of any purchase are kept, as refunds and tax rules require.
