How it works

What counts as normal wear?

Everything we tell you the piece can handle: showering, swimming, sweating, sleeping, travelling. What it doesn't cover is impact damage, deliberate bending, losing a piece, or the scratching that comes from storing jewellery in a heap.
How do I make a claim?

Send us a photo of the piece and your order number through the contact page. We'll tell you honestly whether it is a manufacturing fault, and if it is, we'll replace it.
Does the guarantee cover plating wear?

It covers plating that fails abnormally early — flaking, patchiness or discolouration within twelve months of normal wear. It does not cover the gradual softening any plated finish shows after years of daily use.
Do I need the original packaging?

For a guarantee claim, no — just your order number. For a standard 30-day return, yes.
